'Manhattan' bowl. Made by U.S. Glass Co. from 1902 -1910. U.S. Glass listed it as #15078. This pattern was made in extended table service. The pattern consists of beaded circles surrounded by a clear area, with uneven ribs beneath them. There are flattened hobs around, and on, the base. Some chipping on the inside rim area, and some tiny chips on the outside rim. Not surprising in a bowl almost 100 years old.
