I will be happy to make a complete refund if the item is not as described, or is misrepresented in any way. I try to list all imperfections, if any, but there is always the possibility of missing something, or not detailing something that is an issue for a buyer. Please examine your item upon receipt, and contact me within 3 days if you are not satisfied with your item.
Most of the items I sell are older pieces. Please keep in mind that these are old 'used' items.
They may have natural flaws such as air bubbles, straw marks, scratches, and/or wear from normal
household use, etc.
All my items are marked and the mark *must* be intact, if returned, to qualify for the refund. Please do not wash this item until you are 100% satisified with it's condition.
As a Glass and Pottery Sellers Association member, I'm fully committed to accurate descriptions of
items offered. I'm also committed to providing the safest packaging to protect your item while in shipment. Any items NOT covered by insurance are NOT ELIGIBLE for refunds.
