Cobalt blue top hat. I have no idea who made this particular piece, or when it was made, but it is a lovely piece with a great cobalt color. It is very plain except for a
stippled band under the hat rim. The base has concentrical circles on it. No chips.
2 3/8" high, 2 1/4" across the base, 3 1/8" X 2 1/2" across the top.
